　　Good morning, my name is jack, it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for a interview, i would like to answer whatever you may raise, and i hope i can make a good performance today, eventually enroll in this prestigious university in september.

　　Now i will introduce myself briefly,i am 21 years old,born in heilongjiang province ,northeast of china,and i am curruently a senior student at beijing XX uni.my major is packaging engineering.and i will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in june.in the past 4 years,i spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 with a ease. and i have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice. besides, i have attend Several packaging exhibition hold in Beijing, this is our advantage study here, i have taken a tour to some big factory and company. through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry. compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still. i guess you maybe interested in the reason itch to law, and what is my plan during graduate study life, i would like to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal,i like my major packaging and i wont give up,if i can pursue my master degree here i will combine law with my former education. i will work hard in thesefields ,patent ,trademark, copyright, on the base of my years study in department of pp, my character?

　　I cannot describe it well, but i know i am optimistic and confident. sometimes i prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music, but i am not lonely, i like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is valleyball,playing cards or surf online. through college life,i learn how to balance between study and entertainment. by the way, i was a actor of our amazing drama club. i had a few glorious memory on stage. that is my pride.

General Introduction

　　I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.

　　Education background

　　In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science  Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the Chinas best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.

　　At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

　　Research experience and academic activity

　　When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis  dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

　　In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

　　自我介紹的類型特點(diǎn)

　　根據(jù)場(chǎng)合和最終目的的不同，在這里，把自我介紹分成三種類型：

　　一是以求職為目的的自我介紹。這一類自我介紹主要應(yīng)用于面試過程中，由于其目的是應(yīng)聘某個(gè)職位，所以，自我介紹的信息除了個(gè)人的自然情況以外，通常還要涉及既往所取得的成績、對(duì)目標(biāo)崗位的認(rèn)識(shí)、與目標(biāo)崗位匹配的原因、特殊的才能或才藝等信息，但由于面試過程中的自我介紹環(huán)節(jié)往往只有2-5分鐘，很難把這些信息詳細(xì)地表述出來，所以，在這個(gè)過程中就要掌握一個(gè)技巧——懸念！制造懸念的方式包括：

　　1、突出數(shù)字。如做市場(chǎng)的求職者可以用幾組數(shù)字的對(duì)比來描述過去的成績，搞研發(fā)的人可以說出研發(fā)成果轉(zhuǎn)化率以及所取得的市場(chǎng)收益，做宣傳的可以說說品牌知曉度、影響力的變化情況，即便是在校大學(xué)生，也可以用數(shù)字說說兼職過程中的成績。面試官會(huì)因此而覺得求職者言之有物，從而會(huì)從心理上首先接納你，認(rèn)為你確實(shí)有才能！

　　2、使用適當(dāng)?shù)母痹~或形容詞。比如，“通過我和團(tuán)隊(duì)的努力，XX項(xiàng)目取得了突破性的進(jìn)展”，“與以往的任何一次年會(huì)相比，都有很大差異”，等等，面試官往往會(huì)關(guān)注到“突破性”、“很大差異”這樣的字眼，從而他們有興趣再就這個(gè)問題深入地問你，要知道，雖然面試溝通的時(shí)間長短與最終的結(jié)果沒有比例關(guān)系，但至少大部分情況下時(shí)間很短的面試基本上不會(huì)帶來好結(jié)果的。

　　3、個(gè)人特點(diǎn)的總結(jié)與歸納。這個(gè)方法在應(yīng)屆大學(xué)生求職過程中用的比較多，所以，要想通過表述個(gè)人特點(diǎn)達(dá)到脫穎而出的目的，還是有一定難度的，由于普遍來看，相當(dāng)大的一部分求職者所使用的個(gè)人特點(diǎn)的詞匯比較接近，而且，其中的大部分沒有實(shí)際的實(shí)例作為佐證，所以，除非你的個(gè)人特點(diǎn)真的很特別，而且有實(shí)際事例，否則，盡量不要采取這一方式。

　　二是以推銷為目的的自我介紹。與求職為目的的`對(duì)個(gè)人的推銷不同，這里說的主要是對(duì)具體產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)的推銷，基于這一目的的自我介紹，關(guān)鍵是要從客戶的興奮點(diǎn)出發(fā)，抓住對(duì)方的需求甚至是潛在需求，引導(dǎo)對(duì)方說出他們對(duì)產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)的預(yù)期（包括功能、便捷性、后續(xù)服務(wù)、性價(jià)比等等），逐步地引出公司的產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)，分析其優(yōu)勢(shì)，甚至可以與同類競(jìng)爭性產(chǎn)品做簡單比較。當(dāng)然，這些應(yīng)該是事前已經(jīng)做過郵件或電話溝通的前提下，如果是純粹的第一次陌生拜訪，基本上能夠重點(diǎn)介紹一下公司了，不會(huì)涉及得過細(xì)，除非時(shí)間允許。

　　三是以便利日常工作為目的的自我介紹。工作內(nèi)容，對(duì)方感興趣的話題。這個(gè)主要涉及到的是日常工作中可能會(huì)有較多接觸的部門或個(gè)人，第一次去辦事時(shí)簡單做自我介紹，主要是介紹個(gè)人所負(fù)責(zé)的工作情況，并誠懇地希望得到對(duì)方的指導(dǎo)和幫助，關(guān)鍵在于表達(dá)誠意，別讓人覺得看到你這個(gè)人就立刻沒興趣了就可以了；在之后的接觸中可以逐步聊一些其他的話題，甚至可以“捧”一下對(duì)方，贊揚(yáng)它的工作態(tài)度什么的。
