第一

禁忌
不要夸耀自己的“豐功偉績”，小心在別人眼里不值一提。
不要篇幅較短，那會顯得你很沒有文化;也不要長編大論，那會很冗長，讓人對你沒有興趣。
在不同的場合要有不同的自我介紹，不要用同一種，那會顯得很分不清場合，就是老人常言的“拎不清”。
自我介紹切忌話多。比如說，交行二面要求每個人用三句話介紹自己，難道真的只能姓名+專業(yè)+學校了?當然要變通。像我就說：第一句話，英語好;第二句話，專業(yè)對口;第三句話，性格優(yōu)勢。然后擴展稍微講幾句，效果非常好。
要注意邏輯和結構。有些人的自我介紹信手拈來，隨便講，天馬行空，沒有重點和結構，勢必讓人摸不著頭腦，因此要自己理出一條線，有條不紊地講。
語速要慢一點，注意抑揚頓挫。
可以說一下自己的不足，但是可以以另一種方式，比如我的處理方式，如果有時比較急躁，可以說成太急于求成;有時對于細節(jié)不肯放過而誤了大局，可以說成太過于追求完美等等�？傊幚淼煤镁涂梢粤�。
團隊精神或者協調能力越來越受到用人單位青睞，因此這一層需要個人大致作出自己的態(tài)度與信念。
