  Position Summary:

  1. Take the sample analysis offered by our sales and develop new methods for our customers or offer some solutions for the new market.

  2. Create sales or support tools for assigned product lines to highlight the competitive differentiator or support Thermo customers.

  Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make technical communications with potential customers to develop new sale opportunities;

  2. Assist in lead generation by developing sales or marketing materials (sales presentation, application notes and technical information for customers); joining seminars or workshops and participating trade shows;

  3. Facilitate deal close by conducting customer demo, taking sample analysis and participating sales processes as required;

  Position Summary:

  The Telemarketing Representative is responsible for supporting CMD-MS telemarketing project. This position shall proactively give outbound calls to potential customers to find new sales opportunities for related MS products; closely follow up until win the lead. During communication with customers, this position also needs to record customer feedback to help customer to smooth the sales process and get the product information as fast as they can.

  Job Description:

  1. Proactively give outbound calls to find sales opportunities and potential customers to offer related MS products portfolios. Explain the products to those potential customers

  2. Communicate with customers to recognize and qualify sales leads. Record customer details including feedback about our proactive offer; Follow up closely on initial interactions; and escalate to regional sale team to fix the best potential customers.

  POSITION SCOPE/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. This role is equally focused on driving excellence in customer applications & technical support for post-sales installation training and troubleshooting, as well as pre-sale Demo and lecture/seminar.

  2. Work with product marketing managers and sales staff to ensure Life Technologies provides excellent customer support for our Genetic-analyzing systems

  3. Works closely with customers, Global/US applications specialists to optimize application workflows of existing and new applications on genetic-analyzing systems

  4. Work closely with all other internal functional group to drive customer satisfaction and functional excellence.

  5. Training of other Life Technologies staff on the applications and technology basics of molecular biology and genetic analysis
