  辦理邀請外商來華簽證申報所需材料:(除英文之外的外文材料,請附中文翻譯件并蓋邀請單位公司章)

  1、邀請外國人來華簽證申報表

  2、被邀請的每一人的護(hù)照復(fù)印件

  “被邀請人情況”欄必須打印。被邀請人“國籍”和下面的“簽證地”須用英語填寫。

  外商系首次來華時,“來華事由”欄要詳細(xì)填寫有關(guān)該公司的性質(zhì)、經(jīng)營范圍等情況,以及如何與該公司結(jié)識的,本次來訪的主要目的等內(nèi)容。對于辦理二次和半年多次往返的申報,“來華事由”欄要寫明最近半年來華共有多少次和本次要申請多次往返的充分理由。

  “邀請單位擔(dān)保意見”內(nèi)容大致如下:

  茲有我公司****國客商******(護(hù)照號碼為******)于200*年*月來義烏進(jìn)行合法正當(dāng)?shù)?商務(wù)活動,停留時間為**天,我公司擔(dān)保客商在此期間不產(chǎn)生違反法律的行為。

  “在華停留天數(shù)”最長為25天。

  對于“簽證地”與“國籍”不一致的客商,要求在每一份材料中附上該客商在“簽證地”之國的居留證復(fù)印件,并注明“這是某某在某地的居留證!保裳垎挝簧w上公章。

  辦理多次往返的,要求企業(yè)前半年已邀請該客商五、六次來華,并在每一份材料中附上該客商的每次來華簽證記錄、海關(guān)出入境記錄和貿(mào)易額憑據(jù)。

  “領(lǐng)導(dǎo)簽名”欄,企業(yè)法人代表或其委托領(lǐng)導(dǎo)須親筆簽名(企業(yè)經(jīng)辦人不可擅自代簽,也不可以蓋領(lǐng)導(dǎo)簽字章),后蓋公章。

  “聯(lián)系人”要填寫企業(yè)經(jīng)辦人自己的聯(lián)系方法(為不耽擱您的寶貴時間,最好寫上手機(jī)號),而且要表中所寫的“聯(lián)系人”本人去金華取簽證通知,不可委托快遞公司取。

  護(hù)照的復(fù)印件必須包含如下四項內(nèi)容:

  1、外商的姓名全稱;

  2、國籍;

  3、護(hù)照的有效期;

  4、護(hù)照的號碼;

  如果有身份信息,必須是商人身份,不可是與商務(wù)無關(guān)的身份。

  雙方購銷合同要求是由外商簽字、我方企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人簽字并加蓋公章后生效的合同或售貨確認(rèn)書等材料的復(fù)印件,以證明雙方之間的經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系。

  各種附件不可以使用感應(yīng)傳真紙,感應(yīng)傳真紙上的內(nèi)容必須經(jīng)復(fù)印后,方可使用。

  各企業(yè)邀請外商來華,由各企業(yè)外事專辦員到義烏外僑辦辦理。
