it’s my great pleasure to stand here to present my speech—change the world, change ourselves.
it’s noticable that western holidays are becoming increasingly popular day by day, while chinese traditional festivals are being somewhat neglected. not long before about 10 doctors in beijing university and qinghua unversity announced that we should reject the invasion of western holidays ,because they regard western holidays as an challenge against our traditional festivals and culture.
frankly speaking, i don’t quite agree with them.indeed, we should never neglect or even discard our traditonal festivals as china boasts a brilliant history and splendid traditions.
but why can’t we absorb the meaningful western holidays and culture.
there are obvious reasons why some western holidays are so popular in china. on the one hand, some of the western holidays which we chinese don’t have are reasonable and meaningful, such as father’s day and april fool’s day etc. on the other hand,the prevalence of globalization enables western culture to prevail in china. overwhelmed by such a trend,chinese unconsiciously get involved in western holidays and culture.
with the further development of the whole world, the cultural communication between different countries and nations becomes faster and more and more important. we are indeed from different nations, but we are the citizens of the same world, so the outstanding culture of different nations is the commom wealth of everyone on the earth.the only way for us to protect our traditional culture is to reject the foreign culture? the answer is definitely no. what we ought to do is to spare no effort to educate chinese to get to know and treasure our splendid traditions instead of rejecting foreign culture. only by educating can we set our confidence and belief towards our culture.

首先我感謝同事一直以來(lái)對(duì)我的信任和支持，同時(shí)給我這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)來(lái)參加本次教師崗位競(jìng)聘的演講。我不會(huì)用漂亮的詩(shī)句來(lái)謳歌我的職業(yè), 我也不會(huì)用深邃的思想來(lái)寫就個(gè)人的價(jià)值。因?yàn)槲揖褪且幻掌胀ㄍǖ挠變航處�，一名熱�?ài)孩子，熱愛(ài)崗位的幼兒教師。 在我通過(guò)了育嬰師教育資格的培訓(xùn)，目前大專在讀，教師資格考試順利通過(guò)。回首過(guò)去的日子，我一直擔(dān)任著班的生活英語(yǔ)老師，今天我競(jìng)聘的崗位是生活英語(yǔ)組組長(zhǎng)。我之所以競(jìng)聘這個(gè)崗位，是因?yàn)槲揖哂幸韵碌膸讉�(gè)優(yōu)勢(shì)：
一、我有一顆熱愛(ài)教育事業(yè)的心：我明白教師的苦與累、平凡與無(wú)私。我們有的只是生活的忙碌，肩頭沉甸甸的責(zé)任。
但我無(wú)悔于自己的選擇！我深深愛(ài)著教師這一行，用我的汗水，用我的智慧，用我這顆跳動(dòng)的火熱的心！面對(duì)著一群天真可愛(ài)的孩子，我揣摩著、嘗試著，與他們真誠(chéng)的交流著，讓我們用愛(ài)托起明天的太陽(yáng)。
二、我有較為扎實(shí)的實(shí)踐知識(shí)：自參加工作以來(lái)，我始終不忘學(xué)習(xí)，勤鉆研，善思考，多研究，重反思，敢挑戰(zhàn)，不斷地豐富自己、提高自己。由此堅(jiān)信我對(duì)生活英語(yǔ)組組長(zhǎng)的教學(xué)工作是完全能夠勝任的。
三、我有較強(qiáng)的工作能力：并在實(shí)踐中也積累一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)。我深知生活英語(yǔ)組組長(zhǎng)教育工作在幼兒成長(zhǎng)歷程中的`地位和作用，同時(shí)在實(shí)踐中也悟出一些方法和策略。也深知作為生活英語(yǔ)組組長(zhǎng)要“一切為了孩子，為了孩子的一切”這樣的準(zhǔn)則。我踏實(shí)工作，關(guān)愛(ài)幼兒的每一天，看到孩子們每天高高興興的來(lái)幼兒園、又高高興興的離開(kāi)幼兒園是我最大的樂(lè)趣，在工作中我關(guān)心每一位幼兒的身體狀況及生活自理能力，如：孩子生病了，我會(huì)及時(shí)進(jìn)行電話詢問(wèn)家長(zhǎng)孩子的身體情況，提高我們班級(jí)幼兒出勤率。
四、我具有奉獻(xiàn)精神：如只要園內(nèi)有事，我能自覺(jué)地留下來(lái)加班，同事有事或有困難時(shí)我也能及時(shí)頂上，并有質(zhì)量地完成各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)。服從大局，服從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的安排。
如果我能夠通過(guò)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上崗，我打算從以下幾個(gè)方面改進(jìn)自己的教學(xué)工作，提高自己的教學(xué)水平。
1、更加科學(xué)規(guī)范地做好日常班級(jí)管理工作根據(jù)實(shí)際情況，在適合幼兒年齡特點(diǎn)的前提下，應(yīng)認(rèn)真落實(shí)各項(xiàng)教學(xué)常規(guī)工作及做好保教工作，解決家長(zhǎng)的后顧之優(yōu)。
2、根據(jù)自身的教學(xué)長(zhǎng)處將足健及科學(xué)認(rèn)讀落實(shí)到幼兒的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)中，設(shè)計(jì)并開(kāi)展豐富的一系列實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，突顯震幼園本課程特色。
3、加強(qiáng)個(gè)人修養(yǎng)，練好基本功。加強(qiáng)自己的工作能力和工作藝術(shù)，顧全大局，維護(hù)幼兒園良好形象，努力調(diào)動(dòng)孩子們主動(dòng)發(fā)展，努力提高自己的業(yè)務(wù)能力。
六、如果我能夠通過(guò)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上崗，我會(huì)做到：
1、負(fù)責(zé)本級(jí)部各項(xiàng)工作的組織和實(shí)施。協(xié)調(diào)好班組之間的關(guān)系，團(tuán)結(jié)全組成員努力開(kāi)展保教工作。
2、以身作則，在全組樹(shù)立正氣，獨(dú)立有創(chuàng)意的開(kāi)展班組工作。
3、及時(shí)與本組各班教師保育員交流溝通，發(fā)現(xiàn)需求和問(wèn)題及時(shí)向園領(lǐng)導(dǎo)反映，積極提出研究建議。
4、在工作需要時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)組內(nèi)人員的工作安排及同事關(guān)系，協(xié)助園長(zhǎng)做好組內(nèi)人員的思想工作，確保教育教學(xué)工作的順利完成。
5、組織本組及各班積極主動(dòng)利用社區(qū)、家庭教育資源，做好家園一致教育。
6、及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確下達(dá)園務(wù)精神，按時(shí)完成幼兒園的各項(xiàng)工作。 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師們，我有信心、有決心做好苗班班主任及小班配班的教育工作，我將用左肩擔(dān)著愛(ài)我的孩子，用我的右肩擔(dān)著我愛(ài)的幼兒園，執(zhí)著堅(jiān)韌地挑起我深愛(ài)的老師這一行，為震幼的明天獻(xiàn)出自己的一點(diǎn)光和熱。

My dear friends, welcome to our school! My school is very beautiful! It has a big playground. We can play and do some sports there. Near the playground, there is a garden. Many trees and flowers are there. So the air is very clean and we can hear birds singing in the trees. It is so wonderful. Our teaching buildings are around the garden and look like our teachers’ arms to welcome us. We can draw pictures in the art room on the first floor and read story-books in the library on the second floor. My classroom is on the third floor. It is clean and bright. We like to study in it. I love you, China, and I’m so proud of being a Chinese. I’m proud that I’ve got the beautiful yellow skin, black eyes and black hair. I’m also proud that I speak the most beautiful language in the world—Chinese.
I love you, China, for I can feel the deep love you give me every day, every minute. Last year, I got an opportunity to visit the United States of America. During my staying there, my father’s boss once invited my family to dinner. While at , he looked at me and asked: “Little boy, how long have you been in America?” “About a month,” I answered, “How lucky you are!” he said, “If you were living in China, how could you learn such perfect English?” I smiled and told him proudly that all the students in China are able to learn English at school. it’s a very intresting topic today.
i think my dad was a hero for me when i was a young child. we'd go fishing, walks, and other fun things for a kid.
every child has a good and great father, and so do i. my dad played a very important role in my daily life exactly speaking, in my past 16 years.
my father always stands in the center of my life，from past till now and possibly in the future.
my family was rather poor when i was in my childhood. we didn't have our own house and had to live in a shabby，small room rented from my father's factory. the room was so small that there was little space for people to walk. i didn't have my own bed and had to sleep with my parents. this is terrible both for my parents and me.
but father made this all different!he works very hard on his own business, now we have our own 2 housese,surly,i have my own room.and he take our family so much happiness, richer and richer.
when i was little, i did everything with my dad. you could always find me sitting on his knee or walking and doing everything with him. every night he would read me a bed time story and make the voices of each character.
i learnt a lot from my daddy. i learnt to never take things to seriously and to always smile.
like many other fathers, my dad and i also has generation gap. he is not good at or even can’t work the computer. so when i sitting at the computer desk,he will say something like ‘you should pay more attention to your study’, ‘don’t waste time on the computer games’ , ‘it will be bad for your eyes’ and so on. how can i- a computer fan – reduce time on computer? so i continue studying and playing on it
years pasted, my father is over 45 now. it is time for me to look after him and i am sure i will do and we will live an even better life. and i will say,i really love you dad,cause you are the hero in my mind.

MY school
My school’s name is Bansanpasak. My director’s name is Mr .Pikad Kadtipan. He is 58 years old , a very nice kind and active working man.
Bansanpasak school is located in the NongKwai , Hangdong district, Chiangmai, Thailand since the year 1916.And now, it is 95 years old and very old as old as my grandfather’s age. North of my school is Kunse village and it is near my school .If you ask for directions to my school, you will be told that it is neat Sanpasak market.
South of my school is the market. It is next to my school just a minute’s walk.
East of my school is placed Bansanpak village.
The are 56 teachers working for my school,8 male teachers and 48 female teachers .There are 850 students who are in the kindergarten and in the secondary school.
There are some labs in my school : mathematics lab, science lab, computer room and English sound lab.
The special activities groups are Artist, Dancing, English , and Music .It is done in the last period of Tuesday.
And we also have a big library, which is necessary for the classes. It is quite a good room, clean , tidy and with lots of
interesting books for reading.
We learn 8 subjects in our school: Thai, mathematics, science, history, social, art , health and English. The daily program of the school is:
School begins at 8:15 a.m. All the students are in groups doing national activities ,and the students also learn spelling before going back to the classes.
The first class starts by 9:00 a.m. There are subjects in the morning from 9 to 12and then we stop for lunch for one hour. We have more classes from 1 p.m. and finish them at 4 p.m. The students go back home from school at around 4:30 everyday. My school is lucky to have many experienced teachers. They are excellent teachers who make us excellent. We feel warm and happy when we are in school because of teachers’ goodness and patience. So the students are willing to go to school everyday. And I love my teachers very much too. I want to become a good person and do the right things as my teachers want.
My school stands on an small area of land though, there are 4 big buildings used for the students’ classrooms. Three of them are made of concrete and one another ,the oldest one is made of wood.
I would like to tell you about each of them. The first two
buildings which have three floors with 9 big rooms .One is for students of grade 4,5and 6 ,and the other is for grade seven to nine. The third building which has two floors contains 6 classes for the students grade two to three. And this building is the oldest one in my school.
The fourth building only have two floors too, which is smaller than the others.
There is a big Buddha put in front of the school for us to respect when we arrive at school.
I’ve just remembered the kindergarten is at the back of school. It is next to the canteen and the farm.
Our school can provide students with clean drinking water. There are many green trees around school to make it a better place for studying.
The students in my school study very hard. Every year ,some of them can win the competitions ,and our parents are proud of us.
At last, I want to say :I feel really happy studying in this school . It is the first school I attended .I have never been to any other schools before and I don’t know how different they are, but I am very proud to be a student here and when I have my own children in the future ,I will take them to this school too.
