  不知道連粉們有沒(méi)有這樣的經(jīng)歷, 國(guó)外買(mǎi)家打電話過(guò)來(lái)聽(tīng)不太懂他在講什么, 自己也沒(méi)有適當(dāng)?shù)脑拺?yīng)對(duì), 電話完了后還不知道是誰(shuí)?墒亲鳛闃I(yè)務(wù)員英語(yǔ)不好,一是會(huì)讓買(mǎi)家覺(jué)得你不夠?qū)I(yè), 對(duì)你公司大小規(guī)格產(chǎn)生一定負(fù)面影響,二是很可能錯(cuò)失一個(gè)合作機(jī)會(huì)。不過(guò)阿連聽(tīng)銷(xiāo)售部的同事說(shuō),特別是遇到口音比較重的印度口音,他也是有法子應(yīng)對(duì)滴,以下是阿連整理的幾點(diǎn):

  1、在看到有+19...電話時(shí), 第一時(shí)間準(zhǔn)備好紙筆, 方便記錄。

  2、接聽(tīng)后, 禮貌地問(wèn)候“Hello”,然后通常他會(huì)首先說(shuō)他要找誰(shuí), 你聽(tīng)到你的名字就說(shuō) “This is xxx speaking” (禮節(jié)性問(wèn)候, 表示出親切友好, 并確認(rèn)他沒(méi)找錯(cuò)人)。

  3、接下來(lái)他會(huì)連續(xù)性地講他要說(shuō)的話, 這個(gè)時(shí)候很可能你沒(méi)有思想準(zhǔn)備或者尚未進(jìn)入狀態(tài)。那么你最好將他引導(dǎo)按照你的提問(wèn)方式來(lái)回答, 而不是敘述。你可以等他講完一句時(shí)馬上插進(jìn)去說(shuō): “Excuse me, who is that speaking?” 他會(huì)回答你名字, 你記下來(lái), 然后問(wèn)他 “Where are you from, please?” 知道他是哪國(guó)人。然后問(wèn)他 “What is the matter with you?” 然后他會(huì)說(shuō)關(guān)于哪方面的, 通常打電話過(guò)來(lái)的都是最近和你電郵聯(lián)系過(guò)的, 極少是新客人。

  如果名字和國(guó)家你能想起或者馬上在郵箱查找出是和你聯(lián)系過(guò)的, 你就能馬上知道他會(huì)講哪方面問(wèn)題啦, 如果想不起來(lái), 那就聽(tīng)他講一下是關(guān)于哪個(gè)問(wèn)題的, 如果你聽(tīng)到了, 但是不太明白講的什么, 你重復(fù)他的話給他聽(tīng), 那他會(huì)對(duì)你說(shuō)的表示“YES”或 “NO” 然后你再繼續(xù)提問(wèn)。

  4、再你判斷出你是否能夠了解他說(shuō)的, 如果可以繼續(xù),如果不可以你就說(shuō):“I understand what you said, but could you send an email to me to confirm, please?” 然后問(wèn)他是否知道郵箱地址,不知道你就告訴他,請(qǐng)他發(fā)過(guò)來(lái)。(這個(gè)其實(shí)也是不懂裝一下懂,如果你聽(tīng)不懂不要不停地說(shuō)“NO, I don’t know”或否定的詞, 你就聽(tīng), 然后要求他發(fā)郵件。目的當(dāng)然是郵件能夠看得更清楚他要表達(dá)的,也是避免客人流失。)

  5、如果通過(guò)國(guó)名、人名沒(méi)找到相關(guān)郵件, 問(wèn)一句他是否先前有發(fā)過(guò)郵件給你,然后注意聽(tīng) “YES”還是 “NO”,這個(gè)是方便查找, 即使當(dāng)時(shí)沒(méi)找到, 現(xiàn)在找到他的郵件也不遲, 回復(fù)時(shí)不要忘記加上一句 “Thanks for your calling.”

  6、最后要說(shuō)上一句“Glad to speak with you, good bye.” (最后是禮節(jié)性的了)

  有了以上幾點(diǎn)小招數(shù),就算你的外貿(mào)英語(yǔ)馬馬虎虎,也能自如應(yīng)付外國(guó)客戶(hù)啦!當(dāng)然最好的辦法就是不斷地提高自己的口語(yǔ)水平了,畢竟遇到一些復(fù)雜的問(wèn)題需要溝通不是單靠一些小捷徑就能解決的,捷徑只能幫你一時(shí)啦。

In usual, he tells you his name, and you need to write it down quickly then ask “Where are you from, please”. After knowing his nationality, you can said “What is the matter with you”.   If you are able to think of the matter through his name as well as nationality, or you know he has contacted with you before by email, you could understand his problem immediately. If you can not think it of, you could listen to him carefully. But if you still barely understand what he said, it’s best for you to repeat his words, and he will say “Yes” or “No”, then you could continue to ask him.

  4. Then judge whether you understand his words or not, if you can, you could continue. If not, you could say “I understand what you said, but could you send an email to me to confirm, please”. And you should ask if he know your e-mail address, if not, you need to tell him and ask for an email. (Indeed, you had better pretend to know, and don’t always say “No, I don’t know” or other privative. You just listen, and then ask him to send an email to you. The ultimate goal, of course, is to understand clearly his problem by email, moreover, to avoid the losing customer.)

  5. If you still can’t find the related emails through country name as well as customer name, you could ask “Have you sent the email to me before”. Pay attention to “Yes” or “No”, convenient for check.

  6. Finally, you should say “Glad to speak with you, good bye”.
