  Header:

  頁眉:

  A resignation letter should begin with both you and the employers contact information (name, title, company name, address, phone number, email) followed by the date. If this is an email rather than an actual letter, include your contact information at the end of the letter, after your signature.

  辭職信的開頭必須包含你與老板的聯(lián)系信息(姓名,職銜,公司名稱,地址,電話號(hào)碼,電子郵箱地址),緊隨著日期之后。如果這是一封電子郵件而不是實(shí)際的信件,那就把你的個(gè)人聯(lián)系信息包含在郵件的末尾,就在簽名之后。

  Salutation:

  稱呼:

  Address the resignation letter to your manager. Use his or her formal title ("Dear Mr./Mrs./Dr. XYZ)

  Paragraph 1:

  State that you are resigning and include the date on which your resignation will be effective. Check your contract to see how much notice you are required to give your manager.
