但凡存在負(fù)面影響的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷，基本上在遞交到招聘單位后，都很難吸引到閱讀者關(guān)注的眼球，并不是說(shuō)這些簡(jiǎn)歷中對(duì)能力的表達(dá)并不是招聘單位需要的人才，很有可能是因?yàn)楹?jiǎn)歷本身的書寫存在求職者忽略掉的負(fù)面信息，所以才會(huì)帶來(lái)難以掌控的干擾。
如何才能夠在簡(jiǎn)歷中有效去除負(fù)面影響，也是現(xiàn)今很多找不到滿意工作的人最關(guān)心的問(wèn)題，看起來(lái)工作崗位的把握并沒(méi)有想象中那么困難，其實(shí)很多人本身即便在能力上可以稱得上百里挑一，但最終還是會(huì)輸在簡(jiǎn)歷的書寫層次上。
多數(shù)情況下，簡(jiǎn)歷的負(fù)面影響會(huì)分布在以下幾點(diǎn)。
A、長(zhǎng)篇大論陳述個(gè)人優(yōu)勢(shì)
為了更近一步將個(gè)人能力表達(dá)出來(lái)，很多人都會(huì)在書寫簡(jiǎn)歷時(shí)，對(duì)個(gè)人優(yōu)勢(shì)一欄進(jìn)行長(zhǎng)篇大論的`概述，太過(guò)于講求個(gè)人能力陳述問(wèn)題的簡(jiǎn)歷，在遞交到招聘企業(yè)面前后，真的可以達(dá)到吸引眼球的目的嗎?其實(shí)這種簡(jiǎn)歷的制作方式千萬(wàn)不可在簡(jiǎn)歷中出現(xiàn)，太過(guò)于講求簡(jiǎn)歷中能力的陳述，反而會(huì)使簡(jiǎn)歷看起來(lái)略顯浮夸，能力的表達(dá)雖然正確，但太過(guò)于著重能力書寫的求職者往往會(huì)因刻意彰顯個(gè)人能力的緣故而不被招聘方認(rèn)可。
B、簡(jiǎn)歷有沒(méi)有重心呢?
無(wú)論是什么事物，它都擁有著相對(duì)應(yīng)的重心，簡(jiǎn)歷的重心并非怎樣刻意的進(jìn)行能力表達(dá)，亦或者實(shí)力上的表現(xiàn)，而是求職者以一種怎樣的態(tài)度面對(duì)工作，以及他們?cè)谇舐毢�，可以為企業(yè)帶來(lái)怎樣的效益回報(bào)，唯有滿足這兩點(diǎn)優(yōu)勢(shì)的求職者，才可以毫無(wú)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的增加就職的可能性。
