1) 要用點(diǎn)句(bullet point),避免用大段文字.中國(guó)人在寫(xiě)簡(jiǎn)歷時(shí)往往會(huì)走兩個(gè)極端,一是過(guò)于簡(jiǎn)單,只有哪年哪月在哪工作,蜻蜓點(diǎn)水,具體內(nèi)容一點(diǎn)都沒(méi)有;二是過(guò)于復(fù)雜,大段描寫(xiě),洋洋灑灑說(shuō)了半頁(yè)紙,卻讓人摸不著所以然.
2) 點(diǎn)句的長(zhǎng)度以一行為宜,最多不要超過(guò)兩行;句數(shù)以三到五句為佳,最多不超過(guò)八句.一位美國(guó)的招聘經(jīng)理曾對(duì)我說(shuō),一般只重點(diǎn)看前三句,超過(guò)八句之后的百分之百不看.
3) 點(diǎn)句以動(dòng)詞開(kāi)始.目前的工作用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí),以前工作用過(guò)去時(shí).為了便于大家撰寫(xiě)簡(jiǎn)歷,我們從一些簡(jiǎn)歷書(shū)籍中精選了148個(gè)簡(jiǎn)歷常用動(dòng)詞,供大家參考.這里特別給大家介紹兩個(gè)簡(jiǎn)歷中熱門(mén)詞匯的用法.Market不完全是指sell,要比sell更豐富一些.Market可作動(dòng)詞,即market后接名詞也是可以的.這種寫(xiě)法會(huì)顯得工作更具有管理性質(zhì),檔次也要更高一些.Conduct后面要加名詞,如conducted research on something,這里conduct相當(dāng)于中文中的"做".

5) 工作成就要數(shù)字化,精確化,避免使用many, a lot of, some, several等模糊的詞匯,應(yīng)盡量使用具體的數(shù)字,到底管理了多少人,銷(xiāo)售額是多少等等.
6) 在同一公司的業(yè)績(jī)中,不必拘泥于時(shí)間順序,而應(yīng)秉持"重要優(yōu)先"的原則.例如,在成就里可先寫(xiě)最重要的成就;在職責(zé)里可先寫(xiě)最高的職位,不要拘泥于倒序或正序的方法.關(guān)鍵是要使雇主在短短幾秒鐘之內(nèi)就發(fā)現(xiàn)您的最高賣(mài)點(diǎn).
