實用英語面試技巧及自我介紹

　　實用的英語面試技巧：

　　想找一份滿意的工作嗎? 面試中面對外國老板連珠炮似的提問, 有沒有覺得心慌意亂、無所適從?求職過程中面試尤為重要，回答問題，如果能簡明扼要，真誠中肯，合乎老外口味，那么錄取機會必定大大增加。當然，有的問題，也要輕描淡寫，以免言多必失。

　　英語面試前準備

　　1. 準備好所有證書材料，譬如與專業(yè)能力相關的資格證書，或參加培訓的資料，最好和應征職務有直接關聯(lián)，不但可證明自己在這一方面所做的努力，也表示具有這個潛能。

　　2. 面試時自我介紹內容應強調應征的動機以及想應征的崗位，因此收集好相關崗位的情報，自我介紹時才能胸有成竹，切合主題。

　　3. 對目標公司所在地、規(guī)模、在全球的活動概況等要事先有所了解，包括總公司在國

　　內設立分公司的時間、業(yè)績表現(xiàn)、經營規(guī)模，以及今后打算開展的業(yè)務等，若能得到業(yè)界的評價更好。如無法得到書面資料，也要設法從該公司或其他同業(yè)中獲得情報。

　　英語面試表現(xiàn)3方面：

　　回答問題時口齒要清晰、語調適中。內容要有條理、避免重復。介紹工作經歷采用倒序，從最近一份工作談起，著重強調有利于新工作的職務經歷。最好能說明曾擔任何種職務、實際成績、業(yè)績等，以及自己的工作對原來公司的影響。凡和此次應征不相關的內容，盡量避免提及。話題緊扣以下3方面來展現(xiàn)自己的優(yōu)勢。

　　1.誠意。某個問題發(fā)表完見解之后，可以附帶加上一句：I’d like to hear your opinion.(我很想聽聽你的意見。)這句話表明了你對面試人的尊敬，很容易使他(她)產生親切感。當面試人在試探你的應聘誠意時：So far as that is concerned， you must have understood my determination.(談到這里，您一定已經明白我的決心。)

　　2.能力。當你知道招聘單位目前急于用人時，首先把自己的專長講足說夠，然后順理成章地得出結論：I think your unit needs a man like me.(我想，貴單位需要象我這樣的人才。)用這樣的句式，讓面試人認為你是站在他們的立場上說話，在替他們的發(fā)展考慮問題，于是更容易接受你。陳述自己的任職資格時，可以這么開頭：I’m qualified for the job because……(我能勝任這項工作，是因為……)接著陳述理由。當面試人在審視你究竟能不能勝任此職時，參照的標準已不再是他心目中的標準，而是你列舉的理由。

　　3.業(yè)績。外國公司面試喜歡用事實說話，用數(shù)字說話，為了證明你的能力，你可以把過去的經歷聯(lián)系起來，說明你曾經為以前的公司解決過跟現(xiàn)在雇主所面臨的類似問題：I explored BEIJING market and sold 50，000 sets in one year.(我開發(fā)了北京市場，一年銷售出去5萬套。)

　　英語面試3P原則：

　　自我介紹時應該記住“3P原則”：Pertinent(中肯)，Personal(個性)，Positive(自信)。

　　談吐自信，就是要積極地進行自我肯定，讓面試人充分了解你的優(yōu)點與潛能。突出個性，就是要把自己與眾不同的特點發(fā)揮出來，強調自己的專業(yè)與能力。語氣中肯，就是要實事求是，不要言過其實，夸夸其談，也不要涉及和自己無關的事情。

　　自我介紹應簡潔明了，給面試人留下思路清晰、反應快捷、邏輯性強的印象。自我介紹時間不宜太長，話不宜太多，最好控制在五分鐘之內。不要一談起自己就口若懸河，滔滔不絕，以免言多語失。另外，在自我介紹時應避免過多地使用“I”(我)，不要每個句子一開頭就冒出一個“I”字，給人留下自我標榜、以自我為中心的印象。

　　靈活的應聘者往往會把“我”開頭的話，變成“你”字打頭。例如，面試人說：Would you please say something about yourself?(請你談談自己的情況好嗎?)

　　Do you want me to talk about my personal life or to say something about the job?(你想讓我談談我個人的生活呢，還是與這份工作有關的問題?)這樣，你的談話就把面試人擺了進去。這種談話的方式所產生的效果是不言而喻的。面試畢竟是面試人與應聘者互相溝通的一種場合，應聘者時常把面試人擺進自己的談話當中去，自然而然就起到了互相溝通的作用。

　　面試之前

　　服飾

　　男士得穿上整潔的服裝，但不必刻意打扮。女士應穿得整潔、明亮，叮當作響的珠寶飾物、過濃的香水、沒拉直的絲-襪、未修過的指甲或是蓬松的頭發(fā)等，

　　都足以抵消求職信給予考官的良好印象。

　　選擇服裝的關鍵是看職位要求。應聘銀行、政府部門，穿著偏向傳統(tǒng)正規(guī);應聘公關、時尚雜志等，則可以適當?shù)卦诜�裝上加些流行元素。除了應聘娛樂影視廣告這類行業(yè)外，最好不要選擇太過突兀的穿著。應屆畢業(yè)生允許有一些學生氣的裝扮，可以穿休閑類套裝。此外應聘時不宜佩戴太多的飾物，這容易分散考官的.注意力。

　　守時

　　守時是職業(yè)道德的基本要求，提前10-15分鐘到達面試地點效果最佳。提前半小時以上到達會被視為沒有時間觀念，但在面試時遲到或是匆匆忙忙趕到卻是致命的。不管你有什么理由，遲到也會被視為缺乏自我管理和約束能力。

　　如果路程較遠，寧可早點出門，但早到后不宜立刻進入辦公室，可在附近的咖啡廳等候。

　　眼神： 交流中目光要注視對方，但萬萬不可死盯著別人看。如果不止一個人在場，要經常用目光掃視一下其他人，以示尊重和平等。

　　握手： 當面試官的手朝你伸過來之后，握住它，握手應該堅實有力，雙眼要直視對方。不要太使勁，不要使勁搖晃;不要用兩只手，用這種方式握手在西方公司看來不夠專業(yè)。手應當是干燥、溫暖的。如果你剛剛趕到面試現(xiàn)場，用涼水沖沖手，使自己保持冷靜。如果手心發(fā)涼，就用熱水捂一下。

　　坐姿： 不要緊貼著椅背坐，不要坐滿，坐下后身體要略向前傾。一般以坐滿椅子的三分之二為宜。這既可以讓你騰出精力輕松應對考官的提問，也不至讓你過于放松。

　　小動作： 在面試時不可以做小動作，比如折紙、轉筆，這樣會顯得很不嚴肅，分散對方注意力。不要亂摸頭發(fā)、胡子、耳朵，這可能被理解為你在面試前沒有做好個人衛(wèi)生。用手捂嘴說話是一種緊張的表現(xiàn)，應盡量避免。

　　談吐 語言是求職者的第二張名片，它客觀反應了一個人的文化素質和內涵修養(yǎng)。面試時對所提出的問題要對答如流，恰到好處，又不夸夸其談，夸大其詞。

　　談吐上應把握以下幾個要點：

　　首先，要突出個人的優(yōu)點和特長，并有相當?shù)目尚哦�。語言要概括、簡潔、有力，不要拖泥帶水，輕重不分。

　　其次，要展示個性，使個人形象鮮明，可以適當引用別人的言論，如用老師、朋友的評論來支持自己的描述。

　　第三，堅持以事實說話，少用虛詞、感嘆詞。第四要注意語言邏輯，介紹時層次分明、重點突出。最后，盡量不要用簡稱、方言、土語和口頭語，以免對方難以聽懂。當不能回答某一問題時，應如實告訴對方，含糊其辭和胡吹亂侃會導致失敗。

　　為了加深招聘人員的印象，增加求職成功的可能性，面試后的兩三天內，求職者最好給招聘人員寫封信表示感謝。感謝信要簡潔，最好不超過一頁紙。信的開頭應提及自己的姓名、簡單情況以及面試的時間，并對招聘人員表示感謝。感謝信的中間部分要重申對公司、應聘職位的興趣。信的結尾可以表示對自己的信心，以及為公司的發(fā)展壯大做貢獻的決心。
