中考英語必備詞組“about to”
about to=just about to 即將、正要
You are about to or just about to do something when you are just going to do it.
be about to do=just about to do
這兩個詞組后面緊跟動詞原形，解釋為“正要做某事”
【例句】
He was about to leave when the phone rang. 當(dāng)電話響起時，他正要離開。
This train is just about to leave. 火車就要離開了。
【注意】
這兩個詞組可以互相替換，使用度非常高。
