首先感謝學(xué)校為老師搭建了能充分展示、參與競爭平臺(tái)讓每老師都能參與其中力求為學(xué)校輝煌明天盡一份心出一份力希望在我火熱七月里每一位老師都能擁有這火一般熱情。
作為眾多競聘者中一員我覺得這是自我鍛煉、自我展示機(jī)會(huì)我很珍惜、也很重視這次機(jī)會(huì)我既然參與了競聘就力求把它做好我并不看重參與結(jié)果我重視是參與過程只要盡力而為又何來遺憾呢？我要用一顆平常人心來做好競聘盡力做好每一步。
xxx畢業(yè)于南京航天航空大學(xué)外語系本科學(xué)歷是沉穩(wěn)、踏實(shí)、兢兢業(yè)業(yè)人認(rèn)真對(duì)待工作關(guān)愛每學(xué)生團(tuán)結(jié)每一位同事是我基本宗旨。這次競聘是學(xué)校教研室主任一職我相信只要大家相信我我一定能做好！
在雙語這幾年里我一直從事中、高年級(jí)英語教學(xué)對(duì)英語教學(xué)十分熟悉同時(shí)作為英語教研組長，我一直致力于小學(xué)英語摸索、研究希望培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣讓他們在輕松、愉快環(huán)境中學(xué)習(xí)我還盡力語文、數(shù)學(xué)與英語教學(xué)中相同處把其他學(xué)科中優(yōu)勢及其它老師好經(jīng)驗(yàn)用到英語教學(xué)中從不同學(xué)科中它們共同處以便使課堂學(xué)習(xí)更加有趣、生動(dòng)讓學(xué)生在快樂中學(xué)習(xí)在快樂中掌握知識(shí)我還幫助學(xué)校舉辦“英語沙龍”“輕松英語伴你行”等活動(dòng)贏得了社會(huì)、家長、同行一致好評(píng)平時(shí)在與外教交流中我也學(xué)習(xí)他們長處更好運(yùn)用到教學(xué)中。
我知道教研室重要性它是學(xué)校課堂中重要一塊我如果當(dāng)上了教研室主任我一定組織大家一起研究閉門造車要制定適合各個(gè)學(xué)科、各個(gè)年級(jí)教研計(jì)劃要不斷在中間過程中進(jìn)行總結(jié)去粗取精揚(yáng)長避短找出最好方案讓老師們能積極參與其中出謀劃策教 學(xué)活動(dòng)中薄弱環(huán)節(jié)完善各學(xué)科、各年級(jí)教研從各教研計(jì)劃中找到合適并充實(shí)它、完善它使老師能更好運(yùn)用我還要讓各位老師學(xué)習(xí)新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)學(xué)習(xí)怎樣運(yùn)用到實(shí)際中怎樣與形勢相適應(yīng)。
我還要積極地展一籌莫展調(diào)研活動(dòng)使 教研計(jì)劃、教研活動(dòng)有科學(xué)性、實(shí)際性科學(xué)與實(shí)際相結(jié)合實(shí)距是檢驗(yàn)科學(xué)唯一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)先要有科學(xué)性計(jì)劃再在實(shí)際活動(dòng)中進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)使得能去偽存真保證科學(xué)性、實(shí)際性我還要積極與兄弟學(xué)校溝通向一小等學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)習(xí)它們長處好成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)并把它運(yùn)用到這里來與實(shí)際相結(jié)合形成特色風(fēng)格使能與其它學(xué)校并駕齊驅(qū)并趕超它們希望能它們學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)象我想學(xué)校一定會(huì)更好。

Ladies and gentlemen:
It is a great honor for me to talk about the topic with you all, my dear friends!
As you all know, there is a flinty problem that many many fresh graduates can not find their jobs today. What is worse, it seems that we have fey answer isabsolutely “ no”!
Just think, my friends, why somebody suggest our fresh graduates go abroad? Are our markets for job seekers really saturated ? Are there really bags of jobs waiting for the jobless abroad? Can the migration really put the axe in the helve? It is unlikely, in my opinion.
In some degree, It is a illusion thinking that there have been dead-alive on the labor market home. So many graduates say they can not find their jobs, so many parents worry about their young ones’ future, so many companies close the doors for job seeking…… How it just be a illusion ? Do I have a bee in my head?
First ,we should make it clear that what kind of jobs that our graduates want to take, and where they want to work? It goes without saying, only jobs providing high salary in big cities, for instance Beijing, can satisfy them. Unfortunately ,that kind of jobs are limited. Therefore, it is not that our graduates can not find jobs but that they can not find the fictive jobs , as a matter of fact. No matter how flourish and how actively a city is, it can provide numbered positions for the job seekers. What theywant is perfect, but what they can gain in the end is another pair of shoes.
In fact, in the country, in the undeveloped places, more and more persons with ability are needed. However, there are no theatres, there are no cafes, there are no KFC, and there are supermarkets… As a result, no body like to work there.
As we all know, developed countries usually have the same problem that large numbers of person lost their work, which is even serious than china. Millions of people pageant nearly every day, speaking for a piece of work. So what we can do after we get there? How can we support ourselves?
Not all emigrants live a happy life, in fact, most of them worry about their life from time to time. Digesting the culture seems always difficult, the salary stays at a low level, and the miss to their motherland always follows…
How about the developing country? Are there more jobs, higher wages and comfortable life? I am sorry ,the answer is still “no”! Plumplyspeaking, many developing counties are disordered. You can not prosuppose when the terrorists may attack you, when the epidemic may come and how can you make a living?
Now you can see, as I refered to, foreign countries are not the paradise, at least, to most of the people having gone abroad. In this case, why we still suggest our graduates go overseas? In addition, will that really be good for our country after number of fresh graduates entering overseas for their job seeking?
As the matter of our family planning policy, the aged will become more and more, which is leading to a reasonably unfavourable situation. It is said that we will not have enough work force in future. Please project yourself in that case, once it comes true, what will it happen? Factories is short of workers, hospitals lack doctors, offices are pressed for missionaries…… Now you can imagine, my dear friends, how terrible it is!
Actions speak louder than words. Some worrying reality has already occurred. Large numbers of excellent graduates go abroad every year who are from many famous universities inland, like Beijing university. It means that we have been losing the most standout person. It means that we are cultivating person for other countries for free!
Isn’t it woefully?Isn’t it baffling?
Why we still encourage our graduates to go abroad, since there are so many potential chances? why we stillencourage our graduates to go abroad, since there are not so many fantastic jobs actually? Why we still do that, since it does harm to us?
So my dear friends, friends who have not find jobs, let’s go to the west part of our motherland, let’s go to the northeast part of hers, and let’s go to the country! There is always a way out! Our family needs us, our people need us and our country needs us! Press forward with our indomitable will, my dear friends, believe yourself!

大家下午好!
我叫**，原來在**小學(xué)工作，近幾年來一直從事小學(xué)英語的教學(xué)，今年因工作調(diào)動(dòng)，調(diào)整到我們**小學(xué)工作，我感到非常的高興，同時(shí)，也非常感謝我們學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能給我這樣一次展示自我、成就自我的機(jī)會(huì)。我今天我競聘的崗位是四年級(jí)的英語教學(xué)。首先我說一下自己的基本情況和工作業(yè)績：我****年畢業(yè)于****英語系，后分配到召口中學(xué)從事英語教學(xué)至今，被評(píng)為中學(xué)一級(jí)教師。自工作以來，我一直兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，勤奮工作，所教科目成績一直據(jù)全鎮(zhèn)前列，特別是近幾年來從事小學(xué)英語教學(xué)，所教班級(jí)多次獲得全鎮(zhèn)第一名，個(gè)人也多次被評(píng)為鎮(zhèn)教育先進(jìn)工作者、優(yōu)秀教師，區(qū)優(yōu)秀教師，個(gè)人年考核優(yōu)秀等次的榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)，并有多篇論文在市級(jí)報(bào)紙發(fā)表。
下面我談一下，我競聘英語教師的幾個(gè)優(yōu)勢和條件：
1. 有良好的師德我為人處事的原則是：老老實(shí)實(shí)做人，認(rèn)認(rèn)真真工作，開開心心生活。自己一貫注重個(gè)人品德素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)，努力做到尊重領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，團(tuán)結(jié)同志，工作負(fù)責(zé)，辦事公道，不計(jì)較個(gè)人得失，對(duì)工作對(duì)同志有公心，愛心，平常心和寬容心。自從參加工作以來，我首先在師德上嚴(yán)格要求自己，要做一個(gè)合格的人民教師!認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)和領(lǐng)會(huì)上級(jí)教育主管部門的文件精神，與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，愛崗敬業(yè)，為人師表，熱愛學(xué)生，尊重學(xué)生，爭取讓每個(gè)學(xué)生都能享受到最好的教育，都能有不同程度的發(fā)展。
2. 有較高的專業(yè)水平，我從****畢業(yè)后曾到山東師范大學(xué)進(jìn)修英語教學(xué)培訓(xùn)，系統(tǒng)而又牢固地掌握了英語教學(xué)的專業(yè)知識(shí)。多年來始終在教學(xué)第一線致力于小學(xué)英語教學(xué)及研究，使自己的專業(yè)知識(shí)得到進(jìn)一步充實(shí)、更新和擴(kuò)展。
3. 有較強(qiáng)的教學(xué)能力從選擇教師這門職業(yè)的第一天起，我最大的心愿就是做一名受學(xué)生歡迎的好老師，為了這個(gè)心愿，我一直在不懈努力著。要求自己做到牢固掌握本學(xué)科的基本理論知識(shí)，熟悉相關(guān)學(xué)科的'文化知識(shí)，不斷更新知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)，精通業(yè)務(wù)，精心施教，把握好教學(xué)的難點(diǎn)重點(diǎn)，認(rèn)真探索教學(xué)規(guī)律，鉆研教學(xué)藝術(shù)，努力形成自己的教學(xué)特色。我的教學(xué)風(fēng)格和教學(xué)效果普遍受到學(xué)生的認(rèn)可和歡迎。
以上所述情況，是我競聘英語教師的優(yōu)勢條件，假如我有幸競聘上崗，這些優(yōu)勢條件將有助于我更好的開展英語教學(xué)工作。
如果我有幸競聘成功，能擔(dān)任四年級(jí)英語教師的話，我將從以下方面開展工作。
一是認(rèn)真貫徹執(zhí)行黨的教育路線、方針、政策和學(xué)校的各項(xiàng)決定，加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)，積極進(jìn)取，求真務(wù)實(shí)，開拓創(chuàng)新，不斷提高自己的綜合素質(zhì)、創(chuàng)新能力，用自己的勤奮加智慧，完成好教學(xué)任務(wù)。使我校的英語教學(xué)上一個(gè)大的臺(tái)階。
二是做一個(gè)科研型的教師。教師的從教之日，正是重新學(xué)習(xí)之時(shí)。新時(shí)代要求教師具備的不只是操作技巧，還要有直面新情況、分析新問題、解決新矛盾的本領(lǐng)。進(jìn)行目標(biāo)明確、有針對(duì)性解決我校的英語教學(xué)難題。
