Good morning teachers and fellow students. Today we would like to introduce a few favorite books to you.
My favorite book is (Italian: Cuore). This is a diary written by an Italian boy Enrico. The diary is about his life and study. It included various touching stories that happened around Enrico, the mottos taught by his parents, as well as the wonderful ten "monthly" stories told by his teacher during the class. Every word in the chapter describes the word "love". From patriotism to friendship, and to the love between parents and child -- really touching.
This novel taught me how to love, and how to learn from love. I really like this book very much. How about you? What is your favorite book?

Well, it is a story of a rich girl who maintained her noble character after the bankruptcy of her father. The story is happy ending.

Sure. It is because the story taught us to be brave and to face the challenges and difficulties with courage. I am deeply impressed by the strength and perseverance of the little princein the story. I have decided to learn from her from now on.

Every one has his own dream.When I was a little kid ,my dream was even to have a candy shop of my own .But now ,when I am 16 years old ,standing here ,my dreams have already changed a lot.
I have got quite different experience from other girls.While they were playing toys at home,while they were dreaming to be the princesses in the story .I was running in the hard rain,jumping in the heavy snow,pitching in the strong wind.Nothing could stop me ,because of a wonderful call from my heart -- to be an athlete.Yeah ,of course ,I'm an athlete,I'm so proud of that all the time .
When I was 10 years old ,I became a shot-put athlete.The training was really hard ,I couldn't bear the heavy shot in my hands .But I always believe that "god only help those who help themselves".During those hard days,I find I was growing more quickly than others of the same age.To be an athlete is my most correct choice.But,I quit my team after entering high school because of a silly excuse.I really didn't want to stop my sports career anyway.
Today I say to you my friends that even though I must face the difficulties of yesterday ,today and tomorrow .I still have a dream .It is a dream deeply rooted in my soul.
I have a dream that one day ,I can run,jump and pitch just like I used to be.
I have a dream that one day , I can go back to my dream sports and join the national team.
I have a dream that one day ,I can stand on the highest place at the olympic games.With all the cameras pointing at me.I will tell everyone that I'm so proud to be a Chinese athlete!

初二是初中三年中最重要的一年，因?yàn)槌醵菍W(xué)生成績(jī)兩極分化非常嚴(yán)重的一年，成績(jī)好的同學(xué)越好，而成績(jī)差的同學(xué)越差。有些同學(xué)想等到初三才認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)，想提高成績(jī)，考入重點(diǎn)高中。但由于初二基礎(chǔ)較差而心想事不成。那么，如何使自己的成績(jī)一如既往并有所提高呢？這就需要我們同學(xué)養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。古今中外的大量事實(shí)證明：一個(gè)人成功與否，主要不是因?yàn)樗闹橇�，而是取決于他是否具備良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，因此我們必須注重良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成�？释趯W(xué)術(shù)上有所建樹，那么，就請(qǐng)你盡早養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。在學(xué)校的學(xué)習(xí)中，一個(gè)良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣主要包括：預(yù)習(xí)習(xí)慣、上課習(xí)慣、復(fù)習(xí)習(xí)慣、自我提問的習(xí)慣、“不恥下問”的習(xí)慣、利用工具書的習(xí)慣。
1、“凡事預(yù)則立，不預(yù)則廢”。預(yù)習(xí)是首要的環(huán)節(jié)。預(yù)習(xí)的目的在于對(duì)將要學(xué)習(xí)的知識(shí)有個(gè)總體的了解，以便上課時(shí)有目的的聽講，集中精力解決好新課的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。所以，學(xué)習(xí)新課前必須預(yù)習(xí)。預(yù)習(xí)時(shí)要逐詞逐句閱讀相關(guān)學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容，聯(lián)系以前所學(xué)過的相關(guān)知識(shí)，深刻理解本節(jié)課知識(shí)的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)，畫出哪些地方不會(huì)，并及時(shí)做好記錄，為下一節(jié)上課做好充分的思想基礎(chǔ)。良好的'預(yù)習(xí)習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成，并不是一朝一夕的努力就行了，需要每天堅(jiān)持預(yù)習(xí)。同時(shí)，在預(yù)習(xí)的時(shí)候應(yīng)做到看、做、思相結(jié)合，做到眼到、手到、心到，不能把預(yù)習(xí)當(dāng)作任務(wù)來完成，而要將它看作是學(xué)習(xí)新知識(shí)的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)來看待。
2、上課是學(xué)生掌握知識(shí)的主戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)。上課的時(shí)候，課前要準(zhǔn)備好所需用的課本、筆記本、作業(yè)本、工具書等，課上要認(rèn)真專注地聽老師的講解和同學(xué)們的發(fā)言，要積極和老師配合，隨時(shí)跟上老師的思路和節(jié)奏，積極回答老師提出的每一個(gè)問題，對(duì)分組討論的問題要積極踴妖，敢于發(fā)表自己的意見和見解。同時(shí)，要養(yǎng)成一個(gè)善于記錄課堂筆記的習(xí)慣，要記錄學(xué)習(xí)的要點(diǎn)、學(xué)習(xí)新得、以及老師對(duì)教材的補(bǔ)充和延伸，以便逐步加深和更正自己對(duì)新知識(shí)的理解，不斷提高自己的自學(xué)能力。
3、課后復(fù)習(xí)是對(duì)知識(shí)的鞏固和消化過程。課后一定要進(jìn)行及時(shí)鞏固復(fù)習(xí)，對(duì)課上所學(xué)習(xí)的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)知識(shí)進(jìn)行反思、總結(jié)，哪個(gè)地方會(huì)了，哪個(gè)地方還不會(huì)。
4、善于自我提問的習(xí)慣。從某種意義上講，學(xué)習(xí)的過程就是一個(gè)不斷提出問題并不斷解決問題的過程。善于提出問題，是自學(xué)能力強(qiáng)的標(biāo)志之一。5、“不恥下問”的習(xí)慣。有些同學(xué)有了問題，自己解決不了，又死要面子，不肯問人，這樣問題越積越多，學(xué)習(xí)就會(huì)陷入被動(dòng)局面。
6、利用工具書的習(xí)慣。要解決那些自己不能解決的問題，除了向老師、家長(zhǎng)和同學(xué)請(qǐng)教外，還可以利用工具書求得解答。學(xué)生都要備有必要的工具書，特別是《新華字典》《英語詞典》。

我是初二(3)班的英語老師，首先歡迎各位家長(zhǎng)的到來。借此機(jī)會(huì)，我想應(yīng)該給各位家長(zhǎng)談一下孩子們?cè)谶@一個(gè)學(xué)期的情況。
開學(xué)初，本班學(xué)生在中缺乏積極性，自覺性差，凡事都要不停地反復(fù)的督促。布置的任務(wù)不能及時(shí)的完成。而初二的英語教材相較三、四年級(jí)，又有所變化，起初孩子們沒有找好學(xué)習(xí)的切入點(diǎn)，所以我們?cè)谧行┘议L(zhǎng)就反映孩子的英語成績(jī)較之前有所下降。一學(xué)期下來了，在強(qiáng)化課堂教學(xué)，抓好課堂效益上，我結(jié)合教材和學(xué)生的多方面情況，做了以下一些工作：
1、初二英語在聽、說、讀、寫方面的要求更加重要，我們盡量在課堂上幫助學(xué)生掌握知識(shí)，開展活動(dòng)，讓他們?cè)诓恢挥X中張口說英語。比如我們班莊園，王輝，錢勇，曹旭成，王聲康，許雅文等同學(xué)，每節(jié)課的知識(shí)和作業(yè)都能當(dāng)堂掌握和完成。
2、興趣是最好的老師。英語課中多是一些情景對(duì)話，我們常常設(shè)置一個(gè)情境，讓學(xué)生進(jìn)入其中，以表演的形式學(xué)習(xí)新知，樂在其中。如李杰，葛宇，逗號(hào)，潘建如，李浪，張朋順，周揚(yáng)名，吳家佩，花尉揩，沈培歡等同學(xué)，經(jīng)常表演和惟妙惟肖，讓人忍俊不禁的同時(shí)，其他同學(xué)也加深了對(duì)課文的理解。
3、孩子們都是要強(qiáng)的，我們舉行各式各樣的比賽，讓他們自發(fā)地要求進(jìn)步。最近我們開展一對(duì)一的擂臺(tái)賽。孩子們學(xué)習(xí)的積極性高漲。如張峰瑋與莊園同學(xué)之間，楊冬煦和潘康同學(xué)之間，你追我趕，共同進(jìn)步。我們也進(jìn)行了一些簡(jiǎn)單的測(cè)試，有很多同學(xué)較開學(xué)初都有很大的進(jìn)步。尤其是張影，張自豪，劉俊杰，李杰，鮑勝凡，潘國(guó)光，呂文豪等同學(xué)。我們班同學(xué)，優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生不僅成績(jī)好，在英語表達(dá)能力上也有提高，學(xué)習(xí)有困難的學(xué)生也不氣餒，一直在努力地向前沖。學(xué)習(xí)英語是為了以后能與人用英語交流，平時(shí)有積累，最后就能收獲成功。讓我們一起為孩子們營(yíng)造一個(gè)開心快樂的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，真正讓孩子們相對(duì)學(xué)的輕松，扎實(shí)，有效。
