First please allow me to introduce myself. My English name is Cathy. I am the graduate student in Foreign College of Jingsu University of Science and Technology. I learn that your company is recruiting now. I am confident that four years of university study and the social practice can help me to apply for the position in your company.
I have had a solid theoretical foundation because of the four years of English learning. The annual internship experience make me from theory to practice, although I have no formal work experience. However I am sure that I have a certain degree of understanding of the foreign trade posts and the translation work. And I believe that I have a strong learning ability, and Ican completely adapt to the new work in a short time.
Under the teacher's strict teaching and my personal efforts, I have formed a solid foundation of professional knowledge, mastered the business English knowledge. 附：在網(wǎng)上應(yīng)聘前期，求職者與用人單位沒有面對面溝通的機會，雙方唯一的聯(lián)系形式就是簡歷，因此，特別要在簡歷上下足功夫。原則是要力求簡單明了，有針對性，讓招聘者一目了然。人才市場有關(guān)專家介紹，上網(wǎng)求職其實也是“有技可循”的，當(dāng)你看到心儀的職位后，你應(yīng)該考慮怎么樣用你的簡歷打動招聘方了。現(xiàn)在我們就簡歷制作的基本原則來說明下。
1、突出“我適合貴公司與這個職位”
簡歷是招聘單位和應(yīng)聘者當(dāng)中的橋梁，是企業(yè)決定錄用與否的重要評價工具，所以簡歷不僅僅是把個人介紹完這么簡單，更重要的意義在于表明自己與應(yīng)聘職位的契合，向招聘負責(zé)人傳達自己能夠勝任一份工作的信息，證實自己與目標(biāo)職位的需求相符合。
所以畢業(yè)生在準(zhǔn)備簡歷的時候應(yīng)該著重于強調(diào)自己的經(jīng)歷與職位需求的關(guān)系，不必過分拘泥于和應(yīng)聘職位無關(guān)的內(nèi)容，簡歷通篇應(yīng)該表達和印證的一個觀點——我是最適合這個公司與這個職位的。
2、簡歷要簡，讓閱讀者快速檢索出有用信息。
給簡歷減肥的說法提了很多年，可是依然有很多朋友一份簡歷洋洋灑灑好幾頁，這個獎狀舍不得劃掉，那段經(jīng)歷不甘心不提，結(jié)果大學(xué)4年下來的各種光榮履歷擠滿簡歷。殊不知，招聘人員在閱讀一份簡歷時所花的時間不會超過30秒鐘，甚至是一覽而過，特別是在校園招聘這種簡歷堆成山的情況下，別指望人事經(jīng)理能在幾秒鐘內(nèi)從你的簡歷當(dāng)中找出請你的理由。網(wǎng)絡(luò)簡歷也一樣，許多人抱怨自己簡歷發(fā)出之后沒有回音。其實從自身原因來看，就因為簡歷沒有很好地突出需要表達的內(nèi)容。
3、網(wǎng)絡(luò)簡歷也需要“個性化”
“個性化”簡歷網(wǎng)絡(luò)簡歷雖有模版可套，但如果千篇一律，則難以凸顯求職者的優(yōu)勢。不少網(wǎng)站都可以制作個性化簡歷，如果有時間，最好制作一份有個人特色的簡歷，將自己的優(yōu)點和特長都顯示出來。
4、老實本分寫簡歷
求新要適度，有些簡歷劍走偏鋒，追求新意到走火入魔的地步。視頻、性感低胸照、光盤……技術(shù)的發(fā)達與完善大大豐富了求職的手段，可是單純?yōu)榱宋衅秆矍蚨帽M手段卻萬萬不可取。企業(yè)招聘可以花樣百出，但作為普通求職者，還是老老實實本本分分地出舊招吧。特立獨行或許可以成功，但絕不是王道。
