　　求職信是為了突出求職者對某一企業(yè)及某一職位的極大熱忱。

　　求職信正確的寫法是首段指出信息來源，即從何處得悉招聘信息;第二段是對本人申請職位的描述和界定;第三段是對個人符合某一職位的條件的高度概括式的陳述;最后一段則是表示對閱讀者的感謝。

　　寫作求職信時，有以下幾點要注意：

　　一、不宜太長。哈佛人力資源研究所在1992年就有一份經(jīng)典的測試報告，即一封求職信如果內(nèi)容超過400個單詞，則其效度只有25%，即閱讀者只會留下對1/4內(nèi)容的印象，因此寫得簡潔是十分重要的一個標準。

　　二、不宜有文字上的錯訛。切忌有錯字、別字、病句及文理欠通順的現(xiàn)象發(fā)生。寫完之后要通讀幾篇，精雕細琢，否則，就可能使求職信“黯然無光”。
